Instructional Design Audits

WHO IS IT FOR? Public health organizations or public health consultants:

Do you have an existing e-learning course (or one that is in development), and you want a second set of eyes on the design or components? If so, an instructional design audit is just what you need!

Audit options

  • General Instructional Design Audit- Audit of e-learning courses/trainings for best practices for e-learning and teaching adults

  • Accessibility Instructional Design Audit- Audit of e-learning courses/training, websites, and other learning materials for adherence to accessibility standards

What does the audit include?

  1. Questionnaire. This form is completed by the client to communicate course goals, intended audience, challenges, etc.

  2. Review of Course Materials. This typically includes course objectives, course outline or design document, selected elements of course content, assessment tools, accessibility features, etc.

  3. Audit Report. This written report will identify areas of strength and recommended improvement. Alignment with best practices and supplemental resources will also be included.

  4. Question/Answer. I’ll be happy to answer one round of questions about your course or the audit report via email or a brief follow up call.

Your investment depends on:

  • The size and scope of your course

  • How many components or materials need to be reviewed

  • Timeline (rush fees may apply)

  • Audit Investments start at $600 USD

My goal with every audit is to have you leave with actionable steps to improve your course and align with best practices.
